Pray
With a Godward intent, think or say a prayer like this:

By apologizing to God you indicate an intent to stop doing wrong.

Repent “I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13.5 (NKJV)
-
Obey “…Because you did not serve the LORD your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything…” Deuteronomy 28 (NKJV)
Doubt

You are no longer guilty There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8.1 (NKJV)
Jesus understands Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Romans 8.34 (NKJV)
